I had problems, the live assistance i received greatly helped to reduce the issues and my tax debt.
What's great about it: personal assistance was valuable to the extreme
What's not so great: information got scrambled when I transferred my W-2's from workrk

Easy to Use

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe since 2009 and have purchased it every year since. I'm very satisfied and would highly recommend it to anyone. Save some money over a paid tax preparer and do it yourself.
What's great about it: The software is easy to use. The import function from the prior tax year saves a lot of time.
What's not so great: Too bad state e-file is not free
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Montana State Return is wrong

You are wrong on State exemption for interest if over 65
You are wrong on calculating previous year federal tax refund taxability
You are wrong on Medical Savings Account reduction of income
These were wrong last year also
Also my 2012 Turbo Tax data was not retrievable by 2013 Turbo Tax software

Super Tax Program

I've been using Turbotax for over 10 years and wouldn't think of trying another system.
What's great about it: Easy to use with full explanations for each category.
What's not so great: I didn't like having to input data into the state return that was already input for the federal.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments

Your menu's are great, you really dig into all possible deductions with your drill down approach. I've use your software for years , and would use no other. Thank you for all your assistance with this burden we are all face with.

I've been filing my taxes with this software for a long time (when I started it was actually called MacInTax). It continues to get better and better each year. I can't imagine trying to do my taxes on a bunch of blank paper forms .........
What's great about it: Easy to use

Overall, it is quite a nice program. I used turbo tax for the past 6 years and each year the program is better and better. can hardly balance my check book so I know turbo tax is good.
What's great about it: Very simple to follow instructions
What's not so great: After checking for error, it was not very clear "exactly" what had to be done to correct certain entries
