Good and Bad 2013

While TurboTax makes completing the taxes easy, we had problem with E-File. E-File failed, error message told us to check for updates. we did. No updates were available but still couldn't E-file. On advice of RAQ's, we restarted computer and E-file finally worked. Never had this problem before in the multiple years we have used TurboTax.
What's great about it: Does returns well and completely

When I had a problem with my password it took 2 hours to work around. I finally signed in as a guest.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: i've used your product for 20 years and you've lost the personal touch.

Had a series of new events this tax year. I've used Turbotax for several years, but considered hiring tax assistance this year due to new events. My husband said " lets get Turbotax and just try it ourselves. It was easy, about an hours worth of my time and we were done and it was complete, no errors and accepted by the IRS. Thanks

The Best Tax Refunds - YES!!!!

The information transfer from prior to current year tax forms. The easy way to complete my State Tax Return - TurboTax transfers all Federal tax stuff to my State Return.... it is the best tax system ever. Hats Off to all of you at TurboTax.

Not as good as previous years-more bugs!

This is the first year I have had major problems and had trouble finding the answers. In years past it has been much easier!
What's great about it: easier than any other way I have found to do taxes
What's not so great: need a faster easier way to contact Intuit for problems!!!
