It breaks things down very simply. If anything needs an explanation, there's always a blue hyper-linked "What's this?" And the explanations are in normal language, not lawyer-ese. --Been using it since 2011 for tax year 2010. That's four years, now. I'll be back next year.
What's great about it: Simple.
What's not so great: Haven't found any cons.

The "What we've covered so far" pages are OK if you know where you're going, However, it would be handy if one could drop a bookmark at any place that needs to be returned to later.
What's great about it: Just follow the review prompts & your refund goes to the bank
What's not so great: Back tracking can be tedious

I am getting a refund for federal and owe the state. When I went to file I said efile fed and print state. It efiled fed, yea. The program then ended.. I can't figure out how to print out the state to mail in. I went back and it says you already efiled. I can't find where to do just state.
What's great about it: Federal seemed to go okay
What's not so great: STATE!!!

I have a lot of question regarding Turbo tax and their tax questions, but there is never anyone to talk to. That community board doe not answer any of my questions

In just 80 minutes, all done! This included loading the software, entering my information, checking for updates, verfifying the return, and mailing same. My information is fairly standard. I liked the import functions for W2's and investment information. Very smooth and great product.
What's great about it: Effortless, took about 80 minues
What's not so great: None

allowed me to take my time entering data as I was able to gather it; automatically selected the appropriate forms for my filings; covered all bases; took only a few hours over 2 evenings;
