I lost the original disk that was sent to me, so I called your 1-800 number and the gal that helped me was so sweet. She helped me download it to my computer and now I am completely finished with my returns. Thanks you for the excellent customer service. I will definitely continue to be a return customer. Using Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for years. I would never think of using anything else.
What's great about it: Walks you through the forms. Asks the right type of questions.
What's not so great: Some things could have been clearer when the return was checked for accuracy. Had to guess what the program needed.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

BETTER

WHILE PREPARING SCHEDULE C IS BETTER, I HAD TO GO BACK AND FIND THE EXPENSE PORTION IN ORDER TO INPUT MY FIGURES.
What's great about it: TURBOTAX IS BETTER THEN MANUALY PREPARING
What's not so great: SCHEDULE C DIFFICULT

Easy as always

I hate taxes, but I feel that I'm provided with the resources and with the format to both understand and fill out the required information. Beats sitting down in an office for far higher rates.
What's great about it: Easy interactive Platform
What's not so great: User Questions don't always match topic or page I'm on

I have used TurboTax for several years. It makes filing tax returns very easy. I recommend TurboTax to anyone who hasn't tried it.

Turbo tax makes things easy. Did my own taxes until 2011. Now I would now think of doing it that way again!

Nothing Else Comes Close

I've used Turbo Tax for several years and it is by far the best tax preparation software available. I used to pay an accountant to prepare my taxes but found Turbo Tax to be more accurate, more affordable and actually easier and less stressful. It allows me to enter my info at my own pace and review every entry I make throughout the entire process. As for filing the returns, what a breeze, it's effortless and fast. Thank you Turbo Tax for a great product.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and navigate. Great prompts.

Indiana return - Schedule 2 - Line item 2 only prints data for one residence when more than one primary residence has been inputted..
What's great about it: Does a thorough review.
What's not so great: You should provide explanations of all updates on a more timely basis.
