This is cheaper than a tax person, and is easy to use. I like that we are protected in case of an audit.
What's great about it: They walk you thru everything
What's not so great: system errors showed up a couple of times.

Best tax return software ever!

I have used Turbo-Tax for years. I do 5-6 returns for family members. Great for record keeping and ease of use. Well worth the money.
What's great about it: Ease of use, very understandable
What's not so great: Costs of e-filing state returns

2013 taxes

Have been using Turbo Tax for MANY years with no complaints. Unfortunately, this year there was an issue with validating and transmitting the first two returns I did but after some help from CS and re-downloading the program that seems to have been corrected. Another issue I have this year is the limit of only 5 Federal returns that can be submitted. I have been doing returns for myself, 3 daughters and now 2 granddaughters which meant I had to use an online service for 1 of them. I do not do this for pay and the returns are fairly simple, but having the limit makes it more difficult and time consuming for me. How about a ten(10) return limit as I have 3 more grandchildren to think about?
What's great about it: Easy walk through when you need the help.
What's not so great: Had issue with program validating and submitting the 1st two returns. It worked ok after that. ok

Love Turbo Tax, been using it for years.
What's great about it: Easy,done fast,they stand behind you!
What's not so great: NONE!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
