I have never had any problems with Turbo Tax. It is great that I don't have to worry about anything. I really wouldn't know what to suggest to make it any easier. Thank You.

So Easy Peasy

I have used Turbotax for many years. I like that it can transfer my information from last year and goes through all the deductions. I love that it includes Its Deductible.
What's great about it: It's easy, goes step by step.

I've used Turbo for the last six years and am extremely happy with the results. It sure is a time saver and finds all those little things I would have missed.
What's great about it: great support and a time saver
What's not so great: didn't help with the rejected return as much as needed

Easy Again

Definitely will use TurboTax for 2014.
What's great about it: Easy to use; only had to lay hands on tax documents sent to me to complete tax filing papers.
What's not so great: Feel fee for second state is too high; offer a bundle price for more two or more state filings...
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

New Jersey Problem

The system does not allow me to report certain income on the Federal Return but appropriately omit it from the New Jersey Return. (Property Tax Reimbursements are taxable on the Federal return but not the New Jersey return)
What's great about it: Almost everything

Very Pleased

TurboTax brings me the peace of mind that I have covered all the bases. I know that I am getting the maximum refund with the minimum risk of being audited.
My only suggestion is that in the section where you list your charitable contributions, I would like to see there be something explicit that tells you about deducting your charitable driving miles. I only figured out how to do it by clicking on "another charity" and saw that I could put in mileage there. It wasn't obvious or intuitive to me, so I thought this might benefit others as well.
Overall, kudos to TurboTax.

The Fun of Tax Preparation!

I have used this product for years. It helps me stay in touch with the tax laws and the in's and out's of what preparing your taxes is all about.
It does require some dedicated time to go through and prepare, but it is worth it and you feel good once it is done and sent to the IRS.
I would recommend this product to anyone.
What's great about it: Trustworthy
What's not so great: It just takes a little time.
