good program except could not print this year

Almost 10 years using this product....it's Great

I have been using this software for close to 10 years and every year it seems to get easier to use and quicker to file. I like the confirmations and the audit protection. Only drawback is occasionally there will be a field on a form that i have to manually populate at the end. I do get prompted for the missing data, so that is a positive. I can't imagine using any other software to do my taxes. Reliable and thorough.
What's great about it: Ease of importing last year's data
What's not so great: Fields that need manual population
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Always the best!!

I have been using Turbo Tax since 2004. I have never had a problem, the refunds have always come as promised, and the service for program difficulties has always been amazing.
I will be continuing to use the program in the future, and I have recommended it to my parents and a number of friends.
Love it!
What's great about it: Fast, comprehensive, and easy to use!!
What's not so great: Many details I don't necessarily need.

Very good overall

A lot easier filling out information on line than hard copy forms and having to search for needed forms. All done automatically. I rely on turbo tax to have all the pertinent and up to date info. All the past reading of instructions and supplemental booklets is gone.
What's great about it: easier now to roll-over between IRA funds without penalty.
