Have Used Turbo Tax for Five Years

I have used this software for over 15 years and will continue to use it, very easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy, quick, pretty through, easy to find answers and filing.

Easy as always

Only upgrade it needs is a way to bypass the free state return when program is being used by multiple users. My parents buy the program and let their kids use it, but if one of us tries to file before they do, we HAVE to use their free state return. Not a major inconvenience, but one nonetheless.

What's not so great: Can't bypass free state return to let someone else use

Easy to use

TurboTax is a lot easier that having to go through the old IRS booklets trying to find out what information goes where. IT is a great time-saver.
What's great about it: Much faster than plowing through booklets and forms.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
