easiest year yet

love the format and user friendly program only disappointment was that could not get my last years taxes due to efiling.
What's great about it: quick hints and user friendly

I have used TurboTax for many years, going back to the days of preprinted forms and dot matrix printers. Today, TurboTax is essentially faultless and most user-friendly tax preparation software available.
What's great about it: Great product! I have used TurboTax for many years.
What's not so great: Limited number of W2 download attempts.

Great Job

I've been using TurboTax for years. I like the product. It isn't hard to use, and it's accurate. I was audited last year and Turbo Tax had all of the information needed to respond to the audit. I didn't owe anything, and Turbo Tax helped me a great deal. A few years ago I tried the H&R Block program, and then used Turbo Tax, as it was actually easier to use and covered everything I needed. Great Product - THANKS!!!
What's great about it: Easy to use - reminded me of things I might have otherwise forgotten
What's not so great: It does go through things - all the questions about foreign accounts - could just be "no"-if "yes" then go there

State Tax Return

The first time in 11 years that I haven't been able to file State Return because of Software..... Have always bought Turbo Tax Deluxe.
What's not so great: When I printed my State Tax Return (Ohio) out on 1/30/14, it stated "DO NOT FILE" on the return - Don't understand !

Improved!

I have been using TurboTax for over 15 years now, the 2013 software was a breeze to use. I finished my complex Federal and State tax return in under 1 hr. This is a great improvement over some of the years prior. Great Job Intuit!
Can't wait until next year!
What's great about it: Easy to use, very straight forward, plain language questions, detailed explanantions
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

EASY EASY EASY

This year doing taxes was a breeze. Everything carried over from the year before.
After you enter all your info, all you have to basically do is fill in the amounts where and when they tell you and answer some questions that may pertain to your life changes.
I used to dread doing the taxes and I was always wondering did I do it right?
It is a great feeling knowing you did it right and just as fast or faster than taking everything to a tax acct.
I am on my sixth year of using Turbo Tax and will continue to use it in the future.
