I have been using this software for more than 5 years .....I look forward to using it for the next 50....super easy and the best thing I have found to get the biggest best refund ....Thank you so much.....
What's great about it: super easy even a caveman can do it
What's not so great: not so easy my wife can't ( or maybe just wont)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Amazingly Easy

I can't believe how easy Turbotax was to use. It covered all the bases. Instructions were very complete and easy to follow.
I spent hours less time than doing taxes by hand and hundreds of dollars less than going to a tax preparer. CA state tax was a breeze, which it has never been before. Very happy and enlightened!

Happy with refund!

Overall, I really like turbo tax and have been using it for years. This year I had a couple of things come up that I wasn't sure applied to me and it would have been helpful to actually have a live body to work me thru it. However, I think I figured it out ok, but was a little frusterating.
What's great about it: Guides you well thru the steps
What's not so great: You still have to figure out if certain things apply to you

Nice to be able to automatically transfer information from year to year, and to get comparison of $ values over a period of years for earnings and deductions.
What's great about it: Easy to use, covers all aspects
What's not so great: several $ amounts did not get automatically transferred to State return
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax is Terrific

I've been using Turbo Tax for many, many years and will continue to do so. It just keeps getting better and better. I love how easy it is to navigate and understand...very user friendly! Keep up the good work Intuit :)

Quick and Easy

I have used TurboTax for many years, but it seems to get better and easier to use every year. This year was especially good, even with a relatively complicated tax situation.
What's great about it: Detailed explanations to make complicated things easily understoon
What's not so great: Hard to skip around

Turbo tax is a lifesaver. I didn't have to look up all the tax rules. Everything was explained as you go. It was so simple
