maybe okay

We had a slightly different tax situation this year with capital gains and TT wasn't very informative. May we should have accepted the up-selling, but that wasn't clear what the more expensive product would have helped with.
What's great about it: helpful with the usual stuff
What's not so great: not enough info on captial gains, etc.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Must be an easier way to take forms that is no longer needed after you pull up the previous year.
What's great about it: Fairly easy to fill out
What's not so great: filling forms that is not needed

Simple & Sweet

I have used Turbo Tax for at least 5 plus years now and will continue to use it in the future.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: I have to manually fix the CCA tax form
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Program did not tell you how much medical expense you needed as a minimum before it asked you to enter info. So a lot of time was wasted adding up lots of bills when you had no where near what was needed. The program use to tell you upfront when you indicated you had medical to enter.
What's great about it: Great not to have to know all the rules or struggle with math & still get a great refund
What's not so great: Program didn't tell you in advance how much medical expense you needed as a minimum, so lot of wasted time in adding exp
