best way to file

have been using turbo tax since time began it just, gets better every year
What's great about it: very easy to use better thean last year
What's not so great: no cons this year
Pros: I moved, My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy to use and worked great. I only wish I could have seen a comparision of standard deduction vs itemized. It just choose for me. I would have like to seen the difference.If it had only been a small difference I would have taken standard so as not to have to keep as many records for years.
What's great about it: Easy to use. I have used this software since inception.
What's not so great: This year it didn't give me an option of using standard vs itemized

Quality every year since '02.

I have been a user of turbo tax since 2002. 3 of 4 children now use it (other is still a student). It's the easiest, most complete way to handle an otherwise odious chore. I recall the days of a pencil and calculator and instructions to subtract this field from that field. You never knew what you were doing nor why. TT does it all for you.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

overall I like this product and been using it for years and put my trust in this product. It also teaches you step by step to do you income taxes...
What's great about it: like how it catch's all the possible errors and help you get the max refund
What's not so great: compare to the other tax's software this is the bestest software. no cons...

I have been using Turbo Tax for years, and it's nice to see they have kept what works, and are one of the few stand-alone programs that you can use for the Mac and they still support Snow Leopard and they are accurate, easy and painless.. Well worth every penny!! Keep up the good work guys!
Everything imported in from last year beautifully and just required a bit of tweaking and it was perfect.
What's great about it: Still support Snow Leopard on my Mac - Yay!
What's not so great: none - the program and service is perfect
