Been a TurboTax user from its inception, yea! Its easy to use.
I used a downloaded version last year and a CD version for 2013. TurboTax could not find my 2012 returns for some reason- I had to search and direct it to the file myself!
In Florida, where I live, we don't file a State return. This area of filing state tax return is a bit confusing. Why go there if it is not required!?
What's not so great: Doesn't the CD version talk to last year's downloaded version?

Didn't Take Too Long

This is the 4th year I have used TT. The screens are intuitive, and I like that you can jump around if needed. This year was the 1st year that TT didn't auto-update whenever I opened it. I had to do it manually to get past the "IRS hasn't released form" roadblock. And when the form was downloaded, I found a disconnect between the form instructions and how it actually calculated sales tax. The instructions say to enter cost excluding sales tax, but if you do so the program says you can't deduct the sales tax because it does not match your previously entered general rate. You have to include the tax to get it to match.
What's great about it: Screens easy to use
What's not so great: Did not automatically update--had to do it manually. Also sales tax calculation glitch.

I PREPARED MY OWN TAXES BY HAND SINCE I WAS 15 YEARS OLD. FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS I HAVE USED TURBO TAX AND i WOULD NOT CONSIDER USING ANOTHER SERVICE. I HAVE REVIEW OTHER OPTIONS AND NONE COMPARE TO TURBO TAX.
What's great about it: TURBO TAX WALKS YOU THROUGH ALL POSSIBILITIES AND GETS YOU THE GREATEST REFUND POSSIBLE
What's not so great: NONE

Overall...very pleased with TurboTax. At age 72, I am still able to follow the detailed instructions. Not sure how much longer I will be able to do my own taxes, but I am sure I will use TurboTax.
What's great about it: Simple and easy to use
What's not so great: Dropped from Advantage somehow...had to call to get another copy sent.

MN State tax prep appear flawed

For the 2013 Fed return it asks if I received a state tax refund. I did; a MN property tax refund. I inputted the amount here just as the program shows I did last year. This year, the program takes this amount and erroneously indicates this amount is a MN refund due to me on my MN tax forms. It did not do this last year. It is in no way a refund due to me this year and would just result in problems with my state return. To avoid this, I was forced to change the amount of MN tax refund received in 2013 to zero even though that's not true. Another problem - this form will not submit saying my nickname can only contain letters and numbers. I have my name printed and that's only letters, nothing else. Does it have to include numbers? If so it doesn't say that. Finally got it to submit by including numbers and eliminating caps. Sloppy sloppy sloppy!
What's not so great: Mishandling of MN property tax refund

the form filling out went well I was unhappy that I have job related expenses but can't fill them out without having an office I don't have an office yet it is assumed that I do. I just have expenses that are involved that I cannot claim.
What's great about it: walks me through all forms with ease and has great reference material
What's not so great: not able to expense work items without having an office

When I know I can't meet itemized deductions I would appreciate not looking them up unless they are needed for State forms.
What's great about it: Geat ! Easy to follow instructions and prompts
What's not so great: If all deductiona aren't necessary for state form offer1040 and state form alone. save time if I only need standard dduc
