Non resident state confusing

Had to pay out of state inheritance tax and the questions asked to input information was very confusing. Finally, after many attempts to reconcile information, feel that taxes are done correctly. If I hadn't had basic tax knowledge they would have been submitted incorrectly.

Suggestion: Each year I start a new tax folder. During the year my wife and I put tax stuff in the folder. But when I sit down to prepare my taxes I'm still missing a bunch of stuff and most of the stuff I'm missing is the same stuff I had to hunt for the previous year. It would be nice if you provided a printout of what I used this year for me to be on the lookout for the following year. Examples include: W2, 1099-INT from x,y and z; 1099-DIV from a,b and z. GA ad valorem tax for vehicle F and Vehicle G, Gifts to Charities for... You know all these things because you show them to me when I get to that section of turbotax.. Just auto include the list (In order of your input screens# when I print my return for my records. Thank you. P.S. #I'll be embarrassed if you already have that and all I have to do is ask for it - Oh well).
What's great about it: easy to use, better than last year
What's not so great: I had none until it took me three tries to give you my nickname on this screen.

Last year all my deduction information was imported to my return, this year it didn't. Still on the same computer, so it's there. What happened?
Also, the nickname thing at the top is stupid. I'm the only person using that name with that email address.
Keep it simple people,

At times I don't understand the questions that are asked concerning deductions and/or assets, but for the most part everything is clear and concise.

Better than advertised!

This is the 25th year I have used TURBO TAX to prepare my income taxes. Years ago, my accountant was a retired IRS auditor and she always used Turbo Tax for all her clients. When she died, I decided to give Turbo Tax a try and have been using it ever since! In fact, it seems to get easier and better each and every year!!
Thanks for a super great product.

Excellent Service

Overall excellent but you have one site that says to call with your "incident number" and you will be referred to a representative. Actually, that # only tells you status of return you filed. Clearer access to representatives would be great. Once I did talk to them - they were great! Particularly the gentleman that shared my computer and guided me through the problem. He was able to resolve the issue.
