Overall I am satisfied with the process, used TurboTax for the past 5 years without any problems! Would recommend this to everyone!!! NO NEED FOR CPA!!!!
What's great about it: I liked the way I was guided thru the rocess!
What's not so great: I had hard time to download the CD!

It was easy to use, just think it would be better if it didn't go back to the top of the page after each area you complete. It should stay at the bottom were you need to be.

Easy -- again

I have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe for 15 years and it is great. I like being able to file one State return and Federal e-file for free. Once I have gathered my documents, it takes me only 2 hours to do both Federal and State.
Direct deposit is so easy and fastest for a refund. When I'm done, I know I have done the best I could do, and it will be right.
What's great about it: Quick, accurate, simple and easy to navigate
What's not so great: Software is too expensive
