I have use TurboTax for several years and every year is easier to do do it. I will stay with it.

Simplicity is Bliss

If you are a competent person who can read and follow directions this is way better than going to some sketchy tax place with an unprofessional person going through the same worksheet that this provides. TurboTax is easy and cheaper than alternatives even if your tax situation is a little more complicated than normal.
What's great about it: Easiest to use software
What's not so great: no personal help

Easiest return ever and questions seemed more logical than in the past.

If I wanted to adjust a value I previously entered, I couldn't just go and find where it was located, I had to click through a whole bunch of questions I already answered just to go and adjust the value.
What's great about it: Pretty fast

Easier than ever

I have used TurboTax for as long as I can remember. The software gets easier to use each year and I feel it helps me find every deduction available to me. I would like the help links embedded in the worksheets to have more detailed information. I often find them lacking and forcing me to do additional searching for the answer I am needing.
What's great about it: very easy to step through and catch everything
What's not so great: Need more detailed help available from the topic help links placed throughout the worksheets

I have used TurboTax every year for a decade. I would like it to look into previous years' filings to see if there are any carry over deductions, etc.
What's great about it: Quick financial downloads made preparation really easy despite a complicated portfolio

Overall a good product. For some reason a Form 8891 popped up in the list of Forms as a Error entry. I don't have a Canadian Investment Retirement plan and don't know why that Form appeared. Also on some number entries, a pop-up window with two columns and several rows appeared. This was an annoyance more than a help. I've been using TurboTax for a number of years and will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Importation of last year's data
What's not so great: Some of the number entries have a pop-up window that didn't seem to work well on my Mac.

Seem's easier each year and though very time consuming a great deal of satisfaction being able to do my own returns.
