Love Turbo Tax...have used the product for years and wonder why anyone would pay the big companies to prepare taxes when it is so simple and easy using Turbo Tax...
What's great about it: very easy to answer the questions asked

Overall Turbo Tax is a good simple program. E-file does not always work and you pay for something that you can't use.
What's great about it: Fast, easy and readily available
What's not so great: Questions are not always clear as to what is being asked ..

Easy to Use

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years. It is user friendly, thorough and accurate. This year I had a question concerning a 1099-R and I quickly found the answer in their on-line Help utility. The price of this product is a bargain.
What's great about it: Imported W-2 info. Imported data from last year. Does calculations and guarantees accuracy.
What's not so great: Need to add more 1099-R providers
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Turbo Tax makes an unbearable task bearable

I'm a long-time user, but still rely on TurboTax's step-by-step navigation. And each year, because of continuing changes to the tax laws, the program leads me to deductions I might have otherwise missed.
Each year,TurboTax gets better and remains an excellent value proposition for those of us who insist that taxes should be a DIY project.

What's great about it: Step by step is essential given all the tax law changes
What's not so great: Some outdated information that was imported was difficult to delete

I have used Turbo Tax for 3 year and really love the ease and convenience.
What's great about it: Easy as pie with the CD
What's not so great: Could not download after pre-purchase

I have been using TT for 10+ years. It gets better each year!
What's great about it: Ease of use.
What's not so great: Had to wait until the very last minute to find out I could e-file my return because of form 8839.
