Turbo Tax came through again

Have used Turbo Tax for about 10 years now, something that I trust.
What's great about it: Saved a lot of time, was easy to work on in my spare time.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Been using Turbo Tax for a few years now, I think it's very easy with the guide. However I would like to see a less complicated language
What's great about it: Walk thru is very helpful
What's not so great: Some language is diffult to understand

Great as usual. This is my 5th, maybe 6th year using Turbo Tax. I love how it eases you through the process and reviews for accuracy to let you know if anything is off.
What's great about it: WALKS YOU THROUGH STEP BY STEP
What's not so great: HAD TROUBLE FINDING SALES TAX DEDUCTION SCREEN

simple, complete directions and software is good and saves important info and easy to transfer info when next year comes along. I've used this product for years but no free state return filing fee is a bummer.
What's great about it: easy to follow and guides you through with easy-follow directions
What's not so great: get state free sometimes, then don't next....costs go up......
Pros: I bought or sold investments

We keep coming back!

had one minor issue and had to call for support. Thanks to windows 8 Support couldn't connect to my LT directly, and we had to walk through the issue (another Windows problem) by phone. I'm A retired Computer Engineer, and spent a fair amount of time on a help desk. First when I state "windows 8 problem" I KNOW precisely what I am referencing. Second, the woman who was working with me was worried about having to walk through things on the phone, but as I stated, I Know help desk work, and she did a fantastic job. I can not stress that single point enough. I've Worked as a business partner for IBM and a VAR for Microsoft. I was a Government Contractor for Federal State and County Agencies as well as multiple Universities. I'm well versed in having to walk people through problems on the phone, from a true help desk complete with scripted manuals, down to having to find the nearest interstate off ramp and do it on a cell phone. This lady did an EXCEPTIONAL job, despite her fear of not being able to handle it. I wish I had her working for me before I retired, she could have replaced 5 of the people I had.
What's great about it: almost everything
What's not so great: It doesnt do the typing

Refund for fun in the sun!

I appreciate that I am able to use this software to file my own returns, instead of having to go to a professional and have to pay extra fees.
It makes me feel good about myself that I am able to perform my duties as a US citizen to complete my own returns and to contribute my "fair share".
It has become very simple to collect my tax documents at the beginning of February every year and sit down in one evening and complete my returns.
We have made it an annual tradition to use our returns for a family Spring Break, and with record-breaking cold weather and snow this winter, AZ is looking really good right now!!
It makes me feel good about myself that I am able to perform my duties as a US citizen to complete my own returns and to contribute my "fair share".
It has become very simple to collect my tax documents at the beginning of February every year and sit down in one evening and complete my returns.
We have made it an annual tradition to use our returns for a family Spring Break, and with record-breaking cold weather and snow this winter, AZ is looking really good right now!!
What's great about it: Very simple questions, avoided hours of prep time.
What's not so great: Nothing to be disappointed with.
