In a previous year I had trouble reducing my gambling winnings by my gambling losses. This year, I was able to find it and process.

Axe The Tax

Overall a great tax prep program, but there were a few things that were annoying. For example, why, after saving my work, can't I have the program return to the very screen that I last worked on. It only took me to the general category. Then, too, I would have liked to have been able to print some of the neat comparison screens along the way, but your program did not allow that. In addition, once you get into an item and realize that it is not something that pertains to you, why can't we return to the previous screen without having to march all the way through the branches of the program until it finishes?
What's great about it: Great step by step instructions.
What's not so great: The program wouldn't let me print some of the screens along the way. Those would have been very helpful to me.

I had a question that I couldn't get an awnser I was ccomfortable with in the online community,so I placed a call had to wait as expected but not long,when the tax PRO called me back(David Lewis) he was able to give me an awnser both he and I were comfortable with...THANKS DAVID!!!.........It goes along way with me that he was so confident with his awnser/decsion that it made mine a no brainer....Do what you got to do to keep him on your payrole and pay him enough to have a comfortable life with his family...THANK YOU INTUIT TURBO TAX DAVID LEWIS..........5+year customer....
What's great about it: Rapid response returned call
What's not so great: IRS constantly changing the rules

What's great about it: Loads last year return contributions, guide helps remind you of things i would miss, keeps track of iIRA cost basis
What's not so great: It isn't completely automatic

I've used Turbo Tax for years - - others have tried to persuade me to change to something different, but I LIKE Turbo Tax. Always have, probably always will.......

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years now...and it keeps getting easier....love it that I just answer the questions and input the numbers.....so easy!!
Thank you Turbo Tax for helping to make doing taxes so easy and simple!!
