I feel very comfortable with doing my taxes with TURBOTAX
What's great about it: very good and easy to follow
What's not so great: all preps are time consuming

Have used Turbo Tax to do my taxes for the last 20 years.
What's great about it: ease in completeing both taxes
What's not so great: none

On the whole I found Turbo Tax to be the way to go, as long as you don't take advantage of some services offered if you have a refund.
What's great about it: Guides you from making foolish mistakes.
What's not so great: Cost of additional services too expensive.

Everything went great, very pleased. I would suggest a bit of info on how to get out of or cancel a form in the beginning of the interview. The staff was very helpful and quickly solved my problem. Many thanks.
