Turbo Tax....Turbo Easy

Have been using Turbo Tax for several years. Have not had any problems, even sometimes when I procrastinate till the April 15 deadline, I know I will finish the process in a timely manner. Thanks for making this process easy and for looking for additional deductions.
What's great about it: Hold my Hand throughout the entire process
What's not so great: Nothing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great product for layman doing taxes

Turbo Tax made filing easy and understandable. It corrects your errors by explaining them and what the gov wants. It updates with the latest changes with IRS and they have many everyday. I found it easy to do and some of the questions I had were answered quite well as I did my taxes. I am sure I will use it next year Lord willing I am around.
Try it you will be amazed how easy doing your taxes are and you don't have to pay someone else to do what you can do.

What's great about it: Got all the questions answered and covered everything.
What's not so great: A little more definition of terms would help some.

PDF from previous last two year made from Turbo TAX programs does not load to new year program . WHY? Never had trouble the other last 10 years of Turbo Tax program. I think most people who use Turbo Tax are not computers techs, just make the program easy , simple as you can make it.

Turbo tax has changed in some ways that are not improvements. It is harder to go directly back to something that you need to change. I used to be able to download some of my 1099 info; now I have to type everything. The cost has escalated.
What's great about it: I don't have to worry about forgetting anything.
What's not so great: Not as easy to use as it used to be.

Saved me $$$!

This is a money saving efficient program! Some people say, "I'm going to use my usual person to save TIME". This program will save you the driving time for delivery, pick-up and meeting with your usual CPA. It is easy to follow!
What's great about it: I saved $50 from not having to use my usual accountant to file my 2013 returns!
What's not so great: I know now to save receipts and things that I can possibly include for deductions in 2014.
