Frustrated when not finished

The system would not let me file my taxes as it said it needed an update. I went to do the update and it stated no updates were needed. To go back into the filing my taxes I could not pick up where I left off, I had to start at the beginning again, lucky it save most of the data, but having to click continue on each screen was a pain.
What's great about it: I do not have to fill out paper via a pen.
What's not so great: Have to start over if you go from one tab to another.

Easy and Control

the instructions are very easy and the assistance given made it very helpful. I enjoyed doing it at my own computer and at the convenience of not having to make an appointment or wait in line some where.

Made it so easy!!

Overall my experience with Turbo Tax was good. I understood the questions and I was able to fill everything out. I was not able to e-file due to not having a pin. I could not contact anyone to help me out with this.
What's great about it: Simple questions
What's not so great: Was not able to e-file. I do not understand why.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I haave used this product for a long time and have always been will pleased with it.
What's great about it: clear instructions and easy to edit work
What's not so great: hard to get printed copy of returns for review
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
