Not overtaxing of the nerves, etc

I will use it again next year. You don't recognize persons that have no nickname(s).
What's great about it: Very helpful when info titles are used from last year
What's not so great: Sometimes it seemed overwhelming

Easy as Pie

Once again I am extremely pleased with Turbo Tax. It is super easy to use and very straight forward. I would highly recommend it to all of my friends and i have been for the last 15 years or so. Love the program and you have a loyal consumer in me for many years to come.
What's great about it: Helpful Guidance and Tips. Super Easy to Use
What's not so great: It use to be a little easy to find the step by step stuff to go back and edit what needed to be changed.

NO HELP AT ALL

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR MANY YEARS. I GUESS THEY ARE OKAY UNTIL YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. MY RETURN WAS REJECTED BY IRS AND THEY GAVE ME NO HELP TO FIX IT. I COULD NOT FIND A PHONE NUMBER ANYWHERE. DID NOT SEE THE PHONE ICON ANYWHERE. THERE WAS NO CHAT BOX ANYWHERE. IF THEY AREN'T THERE FOR YOU WHEN YOU NEED IT, WHAT IS THE POINT??? I AM VERY UPSET WITH THE WHOLE SITUATION.
What's great about it: EASY TO WORK ON TAXES
What's not so great: NO CUSTOMER SERVICE--COULD NOT FIND PHONE NUMBER OR CHAT BOX

Turbo tax again again

As usual, Turbo Tax made figuring my takes tolerable, even easy sometimes. The only real problem that I had was fixing an import mistake from last year. It was a local tax issue that didn't jump out at me last year because TurboTax doesn't file my local taxes. When I found it it was a 2 order of magnitude error. I corrected it but had to hand-correct the 2013 return.
What's great about it: It made doing my taxes tolerable
What's not so great: hard to backtrack to fix import mistakes

I have used turbotax for a number of years and has been a pretty straightforward process considering the complexity of filing taxes. Would recommend product to anyone.

could be better. When I wanted to check on information, it was difficult. Back button doesnt bring you to previous page. Spent too much time looking for the page i wanted.
What's great about it: step by step instructions
What's not so great: when you go back, the previous page isnt there, making changes burdensome
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been filing my taxes using a software program ever since the software was written to run on DOS!!! This program just keeps getting better and easier!

Fed filing is exceptional - State not so much

Not much to say about the Federal filing... it is exceptional as always! Not so for the Maine state return, most data had to be re-entered. Also, when reviewing the forms, inputs which require a 0 or a 1 showed fragments... eg. .25742 I wonder what that is all about?
Overall, a wonderful product as expected.
What's great about it: Federal filing is easy and fast!
What's not so great: Maine State return is cumbersome... had to re-input most data
