Overall quite good for those who wants to do taxes themselves. It will be nice when it starts printing the documents to mention what shouldn't be attached to the forms that have to be filed. There are so many worksheets which need not be printed, I feel.
What's great about it: Very easy and self explanatory
What's not so great: Prints many unnecessary pages at the end
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I retired. I know that some expenses I used to file on 2106 I cannot file now as a result.
Some similar expenses I was able to claim against my very small Schedule C income, and some mileage for charities I could count.
I wish TurboTax would have some coaching for people like me who have recently retired so we couldbe sure we're claiming all that is legitimate somewhere now that 2106 cannot be used.

I will never go back to Tax cut!
this rocks, and my return was accepted faster with Turbo Tax
What's great about it: the software imported everything from Tax Cut from last year and was easy
What's not so great: I think it was a little more expensive

I have used this application for several years.
I have never had any issues with my taxes using this program

Federal - Excellent, but State of MS - Poor

I have used Turbo Tax ever since it was introduced and always gave it the highest rating. Federal program this year was as great as ever. The Mississippi Program on the other hand was flawed and I was unable to file electronically due to the hundreds of phantom errors. This was so unlike TurboTax......very disappointed.
What's great about it: Easy Guide
What's not so great: State of MS Program flawed this year.

Applying the Clergy Housing Allowance to 1099-R was not intuitive and difficult to figure out.
What's great about it: asked me the right questions all the way through
What's not so great: technical difficulties with clergy housing
