An awesome program has become bloated and cryptic

Error efiling Virginia return "Form 760: Line 16 - TP VA AGI and Spouse's Virginia adjusted gross income must equal the Totral Virginia Adjusted Gross Income when filing electronically..." Everything looks OK to me. Line 16a + line 16b = line 9???
As far back as 2010 this error has been known - the correct error message should point users to the spouse allocation worksheet, instead of the unhelpful message above.
What's great about it: Works
What's not so great: Too long to launch program, non-intuitive error messages

I have used turbotax every year. This year with all the changes went great.The only issue was the Colorado Forms didn't seem to mesh seamlessly with the Federal side.
What's great about it: updates quick and easy
What's not so great: Colorado Tax wasn't easy to work through

Been using Turbo Tax for over 25 years, always got max refund. I used the compitition (HHB) twice, both times had to pay. Wish I had stuck with a winner those 2 times.
What's great about it: Just so darn easy.
What's not so great: Some tax form questions are so hard to decipher

I have been using Turbo Tax no going on 5 years and love your product. Why should I pay hundreds of dollars to a firm when I can do the same thing as they do. When in doubt I have the resources of the program available to me and your customer service advice has been helpful in the past.

The ONLY way to do taxes!

We have used TurboTax every year since shortly after it was first introduced and can't imagine doing our taxes any other way. The past two years we have also used the Business edition in order to prepare taxes for an estate. That was a huge benefit; form 1041 is a real beast.
Carrying forward information from prior years is a real program "plus". No more worries about typo's and incorrect entries.
Although our tax situation is fairly straightforward, the walk-through features are invaluable and we almost always find one or two little items that we had forgotten. The instructions each step of the way are clearly written and easily understood.
The "Help" options are, well, helpful. Whether it's FAQ's, the Help Center or Help Community, answers to our questions are prompt and comprehensive.
If there is a "con" anywhere, it happened when the "what-if" feature was discontinued a few years ago. Not a big deal, but it was helpful in planning forward.
What's great about it: The walk-through features, clear instructions and helpful "Help".
What's not so great: Bring back the old "What-if" option.....please!

When residence is split, second state would be a nice feature.

This product made it easy to do your taxes and walks you thru the process easily. It was easy to e-file if that is what you want to do.
