I've used Turbo Tax for years and each year it gets better.
What's great about it: How it helps work you through your return.
What's not so great: No problems that I have found with Turbo Tax

Easy to fill out and great results

I would not recommend paying a big chunk for someone else to do exactly the same thing you can do at home yourself.
It wasn't hard and I didn't have to go sit in a stuffy office while they punched in the same numbers that I just did.

What's great about it: Walks you through - so it is almost impossible to make a mistake
What's not so great: Your friends all want you to come help them - and you actually just sit there while they do their taxes -it is too easy
