2013 DMR RETURN

I have been using TurboTax for about 10 years, and the program continues to improve year over year.
What's great about it: Fast and comprehensive step by step instructions

Good, but harder this year.

When I tried to run the update portion of the program, it referred me to a system administrator, which as a desktop person I don't have, it got to be pretty confusing. Finally figured it out, but is was not easy.
What's great about it: Pretty efficient as always.
What's not so great: Referrals to nowhere.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Continues To Improve

I found it much easier to move around in a do-it-yourself mode (since our taxes are fairly simple) this year than in prior years.
I found it strange (I'm using a MacBook) that the printed return was in 'landscape' mode (versus 'portrait') when displayed on the screen and seemed to be coming out of my printer upside-down.
I would like an easy way to access individual pages of the return for printing, like Schedule B for example, so I could manually verify my entries. In such a manner I could eliminate repeatedly printing the cover sheet (which always goes in the recycle bin until the final printing).
Other than that, keep up the good work!
What's great about it: 'Twas much easier to 'go it alone' (navigate between screens/subjects) than in years past.
What's not so great: There's always a revised learning curve, year-to-year.

Always a harrowing time

Ran through the software easily. Been a TurboTax user since 2006!! But, when I got to the HSA part the amounts to enter and the definitions of what to enter were vague and I struggled terribly with it.
What's great about it: Easy to follow directions and thorough coverage of all tax areas.
What's not so great: Could use clearer instructions and explainations of amounts to enter in certain areas.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I wouldn't use anything else and I used to have rentals and loved ease of use.
