Easy As Usual.

Great product. I've used it for several years. Will continue. Recommend to all my friends and colleagues.
What's great about it: Simple to use, Thorough, Worry Free.

Absolutely the easiest way to file

The last time I had a CPA do my return I had nothing but trouble. I actually had to go to the IRS and Franchise tax boards to prove a deduction that he would not let me take. Since then I have not used anything but TurboTax (over 50 years) in those days the program went under the Quicken name. But in all those years I have never had any kind of problem. The program has only continued to improve year after year. Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: I like that all forms are automatically used as necessary

The voucher for my payment was not available in the PDF forms.
On one of the review steps during the process the program asked for the amount from Schedule A Line 5 of the 20012 federal return. When this value was entered my Tax liability went up $57. I could never find where this amount was used in determining my tax and none of the forms and work sheets had this value on them. I could find no errors in any of the entries in the tax forms so I E filed. Looking for what the entry was for caused some delays in completion of my Taxes
What's great about it: gemerally works good
What's not so great: The program indicated after E filing a voucher for my payment due April 15 but this never happened.

Great Program!

We have been using Turbo Tax now for several years. It seems to get easier each year. We have not had any problems at all doing our taxes with Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax had made it possible for us to do our own taxes. They take you step by step. Also there is help is you need it. We will continue to use Turbo Tax. Thanks for such a great program! Millard & Cheryl

This User Really Big On Terrific And Xtreme Pkg!

This is my 10th year using Turbo Tax for filing my Federal Income Taxes. That's a statement in it self as well as a testament to their tailored programs you can opt for as your employment status changes. I have used their Basic, Premier, and Home and Business software packages over the years. And it only gets better .. year after year. It takes the leg work out of filing as the programs are continuously updated as the tax laws change. Importing prior year's data is awesome! The ability to look back three years of returns is luxury ... all in one place. The automatic renewal option removes the rush to purchase the program at your local retailer who may be sold out by the time you are ready to purchase it. Their customer service staff are blue chip beyond you wildest imagination. I am a very satisfied user and customer.

Came to rescue

This program came to our rescue. Last year we used a professional but felt all the available deductions where not considered. This year we used Turbo and we felt much more confident with our results. It was very easy to fill in the tax forms required, and helped us understand our entries.
What's great about it: The questions asked where very helpful in making sure info was entered in the correct spot
What's not so great: When entered answer in START sections it returned to the top of the page rather than to the next item
