TN: I HAD TROUBLE MAKING ADJUSTMENTS TO NON-TAXABLE INTEREST AND DIVIDENDS WITHIN TN STATE RETURN LAST YEAR BUT IT WORKED THIS YEAR. GOOD JOB!
What's great about it: LIKE ABILITY TO SKIP INTERVIEW SECTIONS WITHIN STEP BY STEP
What's not so great: CAPITAL GAINS: ADD THE SHORT OR LONG TERM INDICATOR TO THE SAME SCREEN WHERE YOU ENTER THE STOCK NAME, DATES, & AMOUNTS.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Horrible Experience

I will recommend using TurboTax so long as we are required to pay taxes. It would have been awesome if it hadn't been for the fact that I was, you know, paying taxes. TurboTax is the best!
What's great about it: Easy, extremely helpful, a lifesaver!
What's not so great: You're paying taxes!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been using turbo tax for many years and never had an issue. I cannot tell people how easy it is to use! Everyone is a skeptic but they just need to stop paying those 100's of dollars to get little back from the government.
What's great about it: Simple and easy with no unanswered questions.
What's not so great: none

Great Product!

Best software product I have ever used! It is evident that those writing this software have actually used it. Very simple input questions with great explanations. I don't know why anyone would do it by hand or use a different software product.
What's great about it: Very easy to use and seamless movement of information between federal and state returns
What's not so great: Cannot override if particular data being requested is not applicable

I really enjoy using Turbo Tax Deluxe each year to prepare mine as well as my children's and family's returns. The program helps us out greatly and never lets me down. Thanks Turbo Tax.

Not only do I like the itemized nature and specifics covered overall, I really appreciate the detailed explanations when questions surfaced. The examples were outstanding, clear and concise and extremely helpful.
What's great about it: itemized deductions with great examples and clear instructions
What's not so great: Changing email at the end when I forgot my password / log-in was difficult (although to be honest that is my fault)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
