Fast, Simple and Reliable

This was the first time I have ever used TurboTax. Installation was simple and fast. Each section walked you through step by step. SIMPLE!! :) I will use again next year.
What's great about it: Walks you through the whole return. No tax experience needed to complete Federal & State returns
What's not so great: None

Excited About My Refund!

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and have recommended it to my friends and they are excited about using it to. Easy to understand and maneuver through.
What's great about it: What an easy way to file taxes!

My Turbo Tax Review

Turbo Tax enabled me to file sooner. Instead of trying to determine which additional forms to complete, Turbo Tax did everything for me.
What's great about it: Best tool to use. Can't believe I had trepidations about usuing it.
What's not so great: No Cons. Better than trying to manually fill in all those forms.

Only Tax Software for me

I have used Turbo Tax for years and couldn't be happier. I love It's Deductible for charity donations. That program is available year round.

Extra Fees :-(

This is the first time ever i have prepared my own tax return, as I divorced within the last year. It was super easy to follow and use generally. But, it wasn't easy to import the support documents, and once I did manage to import one, it doubled some numbers and not others. Luckily I caught it. I did not like that it cost extra to get the long term audit support. You should stand behind your product and I shouldn't have to pay extra for that at the last step.
What's great about it: It is super easy to follow and complete
What's not so great: As soon as it launched it needed an update. In addition, it cost extra money to get audit support long term.

Fast, Easy filing

We have used Turbo Tax for over 10 years now and it is fast, reliable, and easy to follow....And paying someone hundreds of dollars for something that you can do yourself makes no sense to me, with their easy to follow step by step instructions and online help you can't go wrong.....

1st Return with Turbo Tax

TurboTax made the federal forms feel like a piece of cake. However, state forms were not well explained...questions like "apply any o/p must be entered"...which I have no idea what this means. Explanations of every question should be continued into the state returns.
What's great about it: Federal form was easy
What's not so great: State returns were complicated and not well explained
