Another great experience

I think this is the seventh year I have used the product. This year I had difficulty getting it to launch and spent an extended period of time with a customer service rep trying to correct. The next day, I Googled my situation and found an Intuit list of corrective steps. Sure enough, I had not updated my laptop's software. After the update, it worked great! In all fairness, the customer service rep assumed my laptop was fully updated. I thought it was. They were quite patient and gave me a full effort. They were prepared to offer me a refund if necessary. I'm glad it all worked out. Great, great product!!
What's great about it: asks all the pertinent questions

I have been using Turbo Tax about 10 years now and it gets easier and easier every year. Thanks for such an outstanding product.

2014 Filing

This program is extremely user friendly. I have used TurboTax for many years. As one writer has already written about is Military Retired Pay needs to be clarified up front. Current writings as to qualified or non qualified is hard to understand. With changes in MRP rules the answers may vary down the road.
What's great about it: Walk through and prompts are clear in most areas
What's not so great: Wording for military retired pay needs clearer wording

What's great about it: They helped both my adult children get supergreat refunds
What's not so great: No cons - its so easy to use

I have been using TurboTax for years and it continues to be the easiest, quickest and most accurate tax preparation software for Fed and State taxes.

Fast, thorough, & efficient

I have used this for several years now. I have found it to be quick and efficient. When I have questions I have always been able to get them answered in a manner that makes me feel I have made the correct decision.
What's great about it: cheaper, quick, fairly easy
What's not so great: need to have some basic tax knowlege/experience
