Have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 yrs. & have never had any problems. Simple to follow & navigate. Every year they seem to find something else to improve. Keep up the excellent work.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate.

Easy to complete - bad help

When e-filing I owed fed tax, the amount the program said I owed did not match the 1040 ez payment voucher the program generated. No way to ask the question if this was right. Found the help portion of the program totally worthless. Never did get an answer, filed my return and hoping for the best.
What's great about it: simple easy to fill out
What's not so great: efiling was confusing, not sure what was being filed
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

Always simple to use and follow the filing process

Simple and easy to use. Prevents the need to keep up with the ever changing tax laws.
Love the its deductible tool which helps determine the prices of donated items.
I miss see what new for this year and would like to see a review of the changes made for the new tax season.
What's great about it: Like the comparrison of previous years and audit check potential.
What's not so great: I had a terrible time loading the program and had to have Microsoft repair the problem.

I love Turbotax. Most people hate tax season, but with Turbotax I can have my families taxes done in a few hours. The software is incredibly easy to navigate and I feel confident I am filing everything properly while getting the most money back. I will be a lifelong customer of this Intuit product.
What's great about it: Software walks you through step-by-step so you feel comfortable you are not missing a thing.

First Time Filing my own Taxes

I never thought about filing my own taxes in the past, I always thought it would be too complicated. Their recent advertising campaign showing that all you have to do is answer questions put me at ease how simple it is to use. Now that I've submitted my first tax filing, I won't ever go to anyone else again.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
Pros: I bought or sold investments
