Had trouble this year.

It kept asking for info on a second W-2, of which there was none. I went "Back" and made sure that the no other W-2 was checked and it kept finding errors. I could not find a customer service number to call for tech support. VERY FRUSTRATING.Took much longer than in previous years :(

May try another method next year, definitely cheaper and maybe just as good.
What's not so great: Printing was easier last year.

Fast, easy and painless!

I was dreading doing the taxes with the addition of a baby last fall and FMLA but Turbo Tax guided me through it. This is my 2nd year using Turbo Tax and I am 100% positive that I will be using next year as well.
What's great about it: great explanations on terms/forms that I wasn't familiar with
What's not so great: none

Great product and easy to use. I buy Turbo Tax every year for my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use, finished quick
What's not so great: Fee on efile for State refund
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Over the years, I asked for help one time because the numbers didn't fit correctly (my mistake). The knowledgeable helper knew just what I did wrong and had the answer in minutes.

the worst experience i've ever had with turbo tax. all kinds of confusing error messages and inadequate solutions.
