Took the fear out of the process

Such a systematic process that I didn't feel like any aspect of return was missed. Easy to understand explanations. Error check at end added to my confidence that return was accurate.
What's great about it: Loved the step-wise approach and being able to see the refund grow with each step
What's not so great: nothing

Received Larger Refund than Expected

Great product that I have been using for many years. As long as you keep good records, or can get to them on the internet, you'll never have a problem using Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Takes you through everything that could have possibly happened in your life in the prior year.
What's not so great: Small error brought me to the form to fix instead of the section where error was made.

What's great about it: Flawless Seamless tax prep
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I like the ease of use, but since my return doesn't have all the odd big money returns, I would be nice to have a few short cuts to bypass the odd stuff, like foreign investment and stuff like that. But, that been said, I have no real complaints, I will keep using it for as long as I have to pay taxes :)
What's great about it: Qucik and easy
What's not so great: I wish none of theabove was the default answer( already checked) for all the odd item

I like boring when it comes to taxes, and Turbotax tax did not disappoint!
What's great about it: all I had to do was follow the prompts

Great, Simple, Easy-Peasy!!

Been using TurboTax for 12+ years now and love it...wouldn't use anything else. Easy to use for anyone. Love that you can buy just the right version that suits your needs. Thinks of all deductions for you and calculates everything in a snap.
What's great about it: User friendly, Does all calculations - you just enter your info, transfers data year to year
What's not so great: None
