Easy Walk-thru Step by Step Tax Preparation!

Overall, an awesome way to file your taxes! I have used other professional services to file my taxes over the years past but at a much higher cost...I feel very confident that my taxes were very well prepared and reviewed using TurboTax as my preparer...For much less money too!!! I plan to use TurboTax from now on for sure!
What's great about it: Very easy and straight forward on tax preparation!
What's not so great: Not all tax ID number auto-populated
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Got it done early

For several years I have filed my taxes using TurboTax and each year the process gets easier, thanks to the improvements made by Intuit each year.
What's great about it: Great step-by-step guidelines.
What's not so great: None that I experienced.

I've used Turbo Tax for filing my Federal Tax returns for several years and I believe it's the simplest, safest and fast way to receive your refund. I'lll never file my taxes without Turbo Tax!

easy as always

This is my 7th or 8th year with Turbo Tax. I have a pretty simple return but all the same it's a great product. It's nice and time-saving to have the previous year's info pulled forward automatically - all that's left to do is update the numbers for the current year. Couldn't be happier - a very satisfied customer.
What's great about it: Simple, intuitive, straightforward, easy
What's not so great: NONE!

Another easy year

Have been using TurboTax for years now. Always quick and easy to get through the process. Recently moved to Florida (retired) which has no state income tax. Found that Deluxe edition is still best choice for itemized deductions although didn't need the state tax download feature.
What's great about it: step by step, prompts all the way through
What's not so great: Forms updates were a little disjointed, received mixed messages. It was cleared up within 48 hours.

I use Turbo Tax every year. I trust it and feel good about seeing it done myself.
What's great about it: I love that Turbo Tax steps you through every credit and deduction efficiently.
What's not so great: Only a few things could be explained in more detail.
