Straight forward

Good product for households with uncomplicated tax returns.
What's great about it: very easy to use, questions capture all possible deductions, good help sections
What's not so great: Separate charges for filing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I'm not a numbers guy. I dread the process of filing taxes. TurboTax, with its constant, but gentle reminders and back-checking, is perfect for folks like me with failing eyesight and an antipathy for fine print. The deductions advice is especially well laid-out.
What's great about it: Clear, intelligible. No fear filing.
What's not so great: None that I can see.

I love that they take you through all of the options for deductions, credits, and misc. It is so simple!

What's not so great: none

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1999. It has only improved and made filing a tax return so much easier. There are other companies out there that claim to be the best. In my opinion, Turbo Tax is the best and I will not use any other product. If anyone wants to know what to use to file their taxes, I always suggest Turbo Tax.

What's great about it: Quick, Easy, All-Inclusive

What's not so great: Serious problem with transferring 2012 data to 2013 program

Outstanding Product

I have been using Turbo Tax since the 1st year it was available. It is an outstanding product! I can not imagine using any other product to do my Federal and State Income Taxes. In all the years I have been using Turbo Tax, I have never been audited for a poor calculation or deductions that were not properly entered.
