WHY CANT I PRINT MY FILES FOR FILING

I HAVE HAD THIS SAME EXPERANCE IN THE LAST 3 YEARS FILLING OUT MY TAXES IS THE EASEST PART OF USING TURBO TAX,I DO NOT WANT TO EFILE FOR PERSONAL REASONS BUT FOR SOME REASON I HAVE A PROBLEM PRINTING MY RECORDS (federal & state) forms. I can not get any answers to this problem please help and correct this problem soon it has hapend for me in the past 3 years (I can not print my tax forms for filing) Thank you for your help) I HPPE

Excellent piece of software

I had some changed circumstances this year that I was unsure of. The software handled it all easily.
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you through all of the details
What's not so great: Charge too much to pay optional fees from your tax redund

Sooo easy to use!

We've used Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember and wouldn't switch for anything. People have tried to sway me away, but Turbo Tax has always been a solid product that I can count on to make filing our taxes a little less painful. :)
What's great about it: Walks you through everything, even things you forgot about. Review process is easy, E-File rocks...love that!
What's not so great: I don't what could ever make listing off your donations easier, but this seemed a little over the top and took forever.

Spent about 8-10 hours total preparing the tax filings ( US Fed and State). Happy about error checking and comparison with prior year.
What's great about it: most questions were clear and consise, and not subject to interpration
What's not so great: loss of my login from last year ( password)

I've been retired for many years and have a small business. After Reagan's tax reform, preparation got so complicated that it went from a fun project each year, to a nightmare. Without Quicken and Turbo Tax, I would have to hire an accountant and trust that they knew what they were doing. I depend on the Turbo Tax staff to be on top of all the changes, federal and state, so they ask me the questions and then crunch the numbers. Thank you, Intuit!!
What's great about it: Tax preparation is so complicated, I couldn't do it without Turbo Tax (and Quicken)!

Easy to Complete

I have been using this for about 6 years now and it has simplified the process. I would recommend it.
What's great about it: Easy step by step instructions makes the process much easier.
What's not so great: Wish I didn't have to pay so much each year for the program disk
