Amazingly Easy to Complete

The program runs cleanly with step by step segments. Collect all your supporting documents before hand. When you've got everything together, it is just a matter of entering data. TurboTax does all the heavy lifting. It's great.
What's great about it: The process of completing the Federal and State returns is straight forward in nature.

Easy To Use!

We adopted a baby again this year and it was not easy to understand what paperwork was required. It was not brought to my attention during the course of the program that we will have a carry-over deduction. I hope the program will remember that for us next year when we use TurboTax!
What's great about it: Very thorough program. I like that this year's program fills in the personal data blanks based on last year's forms.
What's not so great: Pop-Up explanations are difficult to understand if you are not a CPA.

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 12 years. Love it.
What's great about it: so easy! and i felt very supported.

I have been using H&R Block tax software and have always found it to be confusing and frustrating. Turbo tax has been very easy to use and the platform that is on is very user friendly.
What's great about it: Step by step instruction made it very easy to use
What's not so great: none that i can think of

education deductions

The IRS needs to make this simpler. A standard deduction based on tuition and fees paid each year for post secondary education would be the simplest. i realize this is not a turbo tax issue, but I believe others would have the same complaint.
