21 a charm!

I love the product. This is my 21st trip to this well! My tax history on Turbo Tax goes back to 1993.
My first and only disappointment was the Oklahoma Form 567A was not included, and I had to write it and mail it.
What's great about it: Great product once again!
What's not so great: Missing state form, had to mail portion of state return. (OK 567-A)

TAX-WISE USER

I have been an AARP volunteer tax counselor for the last 12 years using Tax-Wise provided thru IRS (I used TurboTax prior to that). I am used to going right to the forms, or the links to them, to enter data. While I had little difficulty re-adapting to TurboTax, there were several times where I was not sure how enter the data I wanted to. [For example I was wanting to enter direct deposit info prior to reviewing the return.] I was generally happy with TurboTax, though if I had been taking notes for this purpose while I went thru it, I could have had several suggestions for improvements.
What's great about it: Step by step approach good, especially for new user.
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to find what you are looking for.

Great, simple, easy to use software. I've been using TurboTax for four years!

Much simpilar to understand questions than in past years inable you to enter data confidenly and quickly.
What's great about it: Pulled info from my last turbo file and made entering data less time consuming.
What's not so great: Price to file state return via efile is rediculous.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Years of Excellence!

This changed the way I do taxes. Prior to 1998 taxes were costing me a small fortune to have them done. Now I pay for the program and it does the work. Love this program. Encouraged many people to use it. Intuit is constantly improving TurboTax to ease tax filing.
What's great about it: Love the guide. Makes taxes easy to understand and file.
What's not so great: Price

I want my free state file!!!!

I used to get two free fed and state e-files. Now I get none.

If anything, it took even less time to do my taxes this year than ever before (and I've been using TurboTax for years). It's improved over those to the point where I can't imagine it getting any better!
