As I expected Turbo Tax 2013 was easy to use. I have used Turbo Tax for 15 plus years.

2013 Experience with my taxes

Great product. I used to be an AARP Tax Aide volunteer and instructor for that program. I find Turbo Tax to be a great product for those of us who have been doing taxes all our adult lives. I really like being able to go through step by step and then look at the forms to double check. I cannot imagine doing taxes manually anymore, particularly when your product is available. Thanks.
What's great about it: Straight forward and user friendly
What's not so great: no need to print Estimated tax forms when not using that

Easy to Use

Turbo tax is a good deal for the money paid. It is easy to maneuver through and keeps you up to date as you go. Easy to update or change information as necessary. Just an overall good experience in filling out my taxes
What's great about it: Price, ease of use, keeps you up to date as you go along, e-filing
What's not so great: None

I have been using Turbo Tax for 15 plus years and have never had any issues with it. Very easy to use and lots of helpful hints and tax info. Also, like the ability of picking up last years information so you don't have to reenter lots of information on your new return. Highly recommend this software !!
What's great about it: Ease of use and not having to reenter info from last years return.
What's not so great: none

One Small Detail

I had to manually change my spouse's phone # on the personal information worksheet. The Easystep should have included a prompt for possible changes
What's great about it: Smoother than previous years
What's not so great: Missed one small detail (that I know of)

Happy Customer for Years!

Many, many years ago, I did my taxes by hand and failed to put a zero on a line. (I just left it blank, thinking that meant the same thing as zero). I proceeded to get an audit letter from the IRS and was ordered to pay back taxes and a stiff penalty if I couldn't prove that the amount was truly zero. Thankfully, I had the supporting paperwork and was not liable for the back taxes and penalty after all. [it was regarding an IRA rollover -- IRS wanted to know if I really did roll the total amount over]
Well, after that wonderful experience, I decided to try Turbo Tax and have been very happy ever since. I have full confidence that the product.
What's great about it: Transfer of previous years tax data - no retyping!!
