I found TURBO-TAX quick & easy to use. Following subjects was easy.
What's great about it: ease of finding cattagories.
What's not so great: To many pages to print entire return.

Some windows have YES and NO "bullets" while other have short sentences you need to click on.
Also, can the YES or NO bullets be one the right side of window by the NEXT button? It's a hassle move the mouse back and forth and back and forth...
What's great about it: easy to understand
What's not so great: inconsistencies when requiring a YES or NO type response.

Turbo was great

The product gives you a clear, clean set of pages. All of the step by step processes worked well and I had my taxes done in a few hours. A great product.
I did have one problem. Initially the program stated that the Schedule A information for computing sales tax was not available. After I did an update, it worked fine.

What's great about it: walked me through all of the required information. Made it easy.
What's not so great: A litle confusion with state sales tax

Pros and cons above sum it up. Very intuitively walks you through the process. Lets you go back in and make changes anywhere, but sometimes doing so, you have to go through a little too many steps. Maybe putting in a "done with edits" button in all windows? A thought.
What's great about it: excellently walks you through, and also lets you back in to edit
What's not so great: it re-ran optimization re college credit too many times, andsometimes going back in to make minor changes was tedious
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Very easy to use. My only problem this year was trying to figure out how to contact some one from turbo tax with a question. It took longer then it really should have, but once I found out how my question was answered quickly.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Difficult to figure out how to get in contact with someone from turbo tax
Pros: I bought or sold investments
