Whew easy does it!

I've used Turbo Tax (TT) for over a decade and won't even think of using another product or a tax service. My taxes aren't that easy but the TT guide helps me sort through some of the weird stuff and pull it all together to file. I also really like that carry forward and comparison functions from year to year. All in all, it saves me a significant amount of time!
What's great about it: Easy and efficient - I like the guide so I don't miss anything!
What's not so great: Always a little nervous at the end... but TT does a good job of reassurance!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Way to Go

This year went much faster than I remember in the past. Like the ability to download W-2s. Really like the option to go through the lengthy questionnaire or entry the information myself because I know what to do. Much easier than in the past.
What's great about it: Liked that I had a choice to go though questionnaire or input myself

Have been doing my own taxes since I started paying taxes. Been using turbo for almost ten years. Worst part of turbo wasn't turbo but the dial up connection in the early years.
What's great about it: Quick, easy. Follow the prompts
What's not so great: haven't found any

Have used Turbo-Tax for years and would not do it any other way.
The ease of gathering prior years entries and comparison is perfect.
What's great about it: Easy to understand and follow.
What's not so great: None to speak of
