Great product

I really like this product, but it still needs a little work with the help menus.
What's great about it: Easy to follow and efficient use of past year's data.
What's not so great: Help menus seemd to miss obvious questions.

Inoperative Theft Area

Generally very good. Only area that didn't work involved Form 4684. When I first encountered it, I was told that the Fed form was not ready yet. Turbo Tax said you would inform me when it was available. Several days later, I received an e-mail saying it was good to go. I went back into TT and it again told me the form was not ready and you would tell me when to proceed. I waited a few more days and when I received a good to go e-mail, I went back into TT, I was told yet again not to proceed. This time I tried to enter my data and it seemed to go OK.. When I finished my return, TT was still telling me that I shouldn't proceed. As it turned out, my theft loss wasn't enough to include in my Schedule A, but the whole thing was frustrating.

This tax software is awesome

As usual, the upgrades and functions of this Tax software are easy to follow. It's like working with an informed tax agent. However, to bypass some of the menus, you need to have some tax experience, which I do have to my knowledge. I would highly recommend using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate

2013 Turbtax review

I've used Turbotax for years and always find it an efficient for filing taxes. A possible upgrade may be to add a side-bar to show all steps in the filing process and progress indicator to show which step the user is currently in.
What's great about it: Quick, step lead process
What's not so great: Extra fees

Quick and Easy

If you keep compatible IRS financial data, TurboTax is a charm.
What's great about it: Easily entered my records and picked up my prior data
What's not so great: I have many small contributions and the repetative steps became tedious.
