Still a Great Tax Program!

Overall great experience with Turbo Tax. I plan on being a loyal customer year after tax year until I don't have to pay taxes anymore!
What's great about it: Easier to use each year
What's not so great: Figuring deductions going back through the fields took time
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I have used Turbo Tax for over ten years and this year was the easiest ever. Keep up the good work. You’re getting to make doing my taxes almost enjoyable.

As Painless as Possible

I've used Turbo Tax for years now and love and trust it.
What's great about it: Clear directions and walks me through all necessary parts
What's not so great: Hard to find answers to obscure questions like whether or not a co-op patronage refund is taxable.

Mailing Forms

Very nice - and conveneint.
Would like more information about where to mail any forms that must be mailed so I don't have to go looking for it.
Also, there seems to be a glitch on the printing as it woudl only print the last page and not the entire document.
What's great about it: Very easy to complete - love the extra information on complex issues
What's not so great: It isn't always clear exactly where the system thinks you are at. It would be nice if when you log off it keeps the pg

Love filing with TurboTax. They walk you through the whole process and explain it all. You can file quickly and you feel confident about your return.

Easier and Easier

It's such a great relief to know one can get the taxes done in one day without too much anxiety. And the program really helps you understand what you need to prepare for next year.
I happened to do some consulting work in two states other than my own, and I thought it would be difficult to do. But it wasn't. I did have to buy the software for the two additional states, but it was worth it.
I wish e filing state returns was about half the price that it is.
What's great about it: Seems to get easier every year. I feel I can trust the program to get the best refund.
What's not so great: Going back to fix user error is not always easy to navigate.

I've used TurboTax for years and years. It is fast and easy and I know I'm getting all the refund I can possibly get. If only Intuit would put as much care and thought into their website! Downloading the software (although I'm an auto-renew member) took almost as long as doing my taxes!
What's great about it: Finds deductions I didn't know I could receive
What's not so great: Intuit website is a mess
