State taxes

W-2 was entered which included the state withholding (SDI, SUI, WFD and FLI). During the review process I was later asked to enter this info on a data form. Once I did this, it picked up the deduction twice on my Sch A. Once I found the error, it took a little while to figure out how to find the document to reverse the mistake. Similiar problem last year. Maybe time to try another software package next year.
What's not so great: doubled up on tax deductions, but I don't know how

Good program. Keeps things simple and easy. My situation hasn't changed much since I started using turbotax so it has been very consistent from year to year.
What's great about it: quick and easy.
What's not so great: It is tax. Need I say more?

I will use it again. It was easy.
What's great about it: Walks you through the process easily.
What's not so great: Needed to update forms prior to filing. Extra charge to e-file the state.

Easier than last year

I would like to be able to purchase a version of Turbo Tax Deluxe that includes 2 states.
Beyond that, I would appreciate if the purchase price of the second state would include the e-file price (processing card twice is a bit annoying).
Otherwise, very happy with the product.

What's great about it: Flowed better, less questions
What's not so great: No package available that includes 2 states
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
