Easy to use!

Overall, a great product. When you click on explain this, sometimes the explanation is still confusing. If you take your time, this product is fairly easy to navigate.
What's great about it: Step by step is great!
What's not so great: Sometimes assumes you know more about tax terms than you might.

System will not let me question why Ga. refund was changed form my original filing, amount reduced . no explination given on review . Just nothing to follow up with ......System di not pull information from previous tax files when returns were on smae computer and files , no reason givef and filing status was not changed. No reason given for this oversight .....?????

I've been using TurboTax for many years. It is easy to use and does a thorough job. TurboTax takes the stress out of having to file my taxes.

I sign up automaticallly for advantage every year, why do I have to go thru ten screens of marketing and questions kust give me a button that says , I want what I had last year.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: To much marketing stuff at the end

Easier Than Making Toast!

This process was pain free. The software did everything for me and all I had to do was answer some simple questions. I am glad I purchased this!
What's great about it: Quick and easy. They maximized my deductions and got me money back!
What's not so great: There is nothing to complain about!

Turbo tax is easy to use, much less expensive than an accountant, and is very complete incovering all aspects of filing a tax return. My ex-CPA usesTurbo Tax.
What's great about it: My CPA is looking for a job
What's not so great: having to pay taxes at all
