Did a good job

Maybe the Con I have given might not be the programs fault as much as the IRS requirement but I had a number of donations to the same entity and having to do a date for all 10 events of giving was laborious. I chose to add the dollars and make one date and if audited I believe this should be understandable. To have the option in the creation of these charitable giving by asking for a single date or multiple dates might be a little thing, but it does align with the philosophy of easier use. Just a thought. I had a great experience though with the program
What's great about it: quickly calculating my return was very useful
What's not so great: donation structure

Never fails

Turbo Tax continues to improve. The previous year comparisons are extremely helpful. My taxes are really very simple and Turbo Tax provides exacting details that make completing my taxes as simple as is possible. Thanks for putting the PC and Mac versions together!
What's great about it: Previous year comparisons for every entry
What's not so great: Sometimes hard to find documents later

I have been using TurboTax for years and have filed many types of returns, 1040A with many schedules, 1040. No problems with any. The explanation of questions I didn't understand was helpful.
What's great about it: Easy approach to filing returns. Takes you step by step
What's not so great: None

Confident, Secure, Speedy

I've been using TurboTax for several years and I have never had an issue with it. And I really love the convenience of e-Filing. I appreciate that TurboTax provides things like importing W-2 info directly from employer's records, automatic completion of State return based on Federal return info, and the links to the Electronic Filing PIN web site.
What's great about it: I like the way one can easily see various types of deductions in each category to see whether that category would apply.
What's not so great: Confused over the order in which to enter info (e.g., both W-2s at once or one person at a time, all the way through).
