Performs Admirably -- Year after Year - I trust it

Overall, a very consistent, trusted product that I have used every year for the last 12 years at least.
What's great about it: Very easy to navigate and still lets me easily locate my specific information in the forms, if I want.
What's not so great: WIth the competition from others on the market, the software still might be a bit pricier - keep competitive.

Fast and Easy as Always

I've been using Turbo Tax since I started filing taxes, it has always been quick and easy to use as well as feeling thorough. The program can walk you though step by step and you feel comfortable even with more complicated tax situations. I highly recommend the program to all of my friends and family.

Seems like if you are on the same computer that you could print your return as many times as you like.
And there is no form for an ammended return 1040x.
Even if there was, probably couldn't print it out anyway because you used your print limit.

First time I've been disappointed with Turbo Tax

This is the first time I've had problems with Turbo Tax
and I've been using it for several years, but this one was a biggie, after first return I did it printed fine and the next one and the others after it would not print from Turbo Tax. I would save as a pdf file but even that was a problem it would not save in adobe, I would have to find it and move it. I contacted intuit but they could not help either and the problem was not fixed by uninstalling and re-installing. Please, please fix this for next year

I wish our government put as much effort into ease an clarification as Turbo Tax. Very thoughtful consideration is given to make completion a pleasant experience for Turbo Tax users.
What's great about it: Efficient, easy, informative
What's not so great: State return efiling is over-priced

Once again - made tax time easy

Overall, TurboTax is easy for me to use. It has found deductions that I would not have known about. I don't think the accounting services would go the extra mile to find them or even ask me about them. It maximized my refund!
What's great about it: The choice between doing the whole interview or select specific sections to work on.
What's not so great: Sometimes difficult to go back and find something you need to change.
