I so appreciate Turbo Tax - you make everything so easy!
I can't imagine doing my taxes without this product and I certainly am thankful I don't have to pay someone else to do it for me!

What's great about it: easy to navigate, review, and correct as needed
What's not so great: I don't like having to pay a fee to file the State return.

It worked fine this year. Didn't get a black screen while it was moving between forms and turbo tax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Filing my federal and state tax returns was easy and painless. I've been using TurboTax for several years now and will continue.

Loading it onto my MAC was straightforward and quick. Each time it is opened it checks for updates and installs them efficiently. It imports from previous years. Instructions are clear from the start to electronic filing and printout. I would not do my own taxes without Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Imports from previous year. Clear Instructions
What's not so great: Sometimes repeats information requests.

Great Product - used for years!

You make it easy to do a tax return, even when you know little about the tax laws and requirements. The little blocks you can click on that explain why you need to input certain data help me understand the process too. I've used turbo tax for at least the past 15 years and have no problems or audits!
What's great about it: transfers over last years data
What's not so great: can't think of any...
