Excellent Tax Tool

When Alabama Form 40 became available; after downloading the updated and completed form it did not appear in FORMS menu and STEP by STEP continued to report it as unavailable. However the updated completed form was displayed correctly in the PRINT CENTER and the final complete ready to file 2013 TAX RETURN.
What's great about it: Simple and easy to learn
What's not so great: Minor bug when "form not available" becomes available

Could be better

Most of the program is easy to follow, however the property tax section is very confusing. Vehicles-personal property?-- registration? Isn't a Mobile Home personal property? I put it in one place and had to go back and change it.
What's great about it: the "follow the steps" approach
What's not so great: Very confusing in certain areas.

have used TT for many years and never been disappointed, ease of use is a time saver and gives confidence that preparation is correct
What's great about it: Love the way TT remembers who we are, all the info that becomes tedious, walked thro each segment, alerted to errors
What's not so great: TT copy was not up-to-date had to download most recent Fed forms and changes

another great refund year....ease of use is outstanding; thoroughness is astounding and double-check options are great!
Used to use a tax preparation service using up refund to pay for them to use similar, if not turbo tax, themselves. Friend recommended. Tried and Tested.......we like it! Turbo Tax

My TurboTax Return

I've used TurboTax since it first became TurboTax and find it a simple way to get my taxes done early and with minimal effort. Just work my way through the steps entering data from my tax info and it's done. Could not be any easier or quicker and I have full faith in the accuracy of the return based on my inputs. It's always a relief each year when I press that 'send my returns' button. I'd recommend this program to anyone
What's great about it: Easy to use, don't need to read page after page of instructions from the government
What's not so great: None
